LJFW 2025

On Saturday, 18 October, the students of the Faculty of Design made a remarkable appearance on the runway of Ljubljana Fashion Week in the Steklena dvorana at the Gospodarsko razstavišče. First- and third-year students of Fashion and Textiles presented their creative interpretations of contemporary fashion, while special attention was drawn to the graduation collection Nostalgia by Gaja Zadravec, recipient of the BigSEE Perspectives 2025 Award.

Under the mentorship of Assoc. Prof. Tanja Devetak, Assist. Prof. Alma Duraković Korošec, Assoc. Prof. Matea Benedetti and Senior Lecturer Tea Hegeduš, with technical support by Lidija Rotar, the students confidently stepped into the fashion scene, proving that the new generation of designers approaches fashion with courage, curiosity and a strong sense of artistic identity.

We are extremely proud of all participants – their dedication, energy and sincere creativity deeply moved and inspired us. We believe that moments like these are not only opportunities to showcase their work, but also an important source of motivation, validation and encouragement for their future designs.
