Designing Together: Rethinking Living Spaces for a Sustainable Future

The Faculty of Design is proud to participate in the New European Bauhaus Festival 2026 as an official NEB Satellite Event partner.

Through the initiative Designing Together: Rethinking Living Spaces for a Sustainable Future, we present a selection of student projects that explore how design can contribute to more sustainable, inclusive and meaningful ways of living. Developed through interdisciplinary collaboration, the projects address contemporary spatial, social and environmental challenges while reflecting the core values of the New European Bauhaus: sustainability, beauty and inclusion.

As a higher education institution committed to responsible design education, the Faculty of Design encourages students to explore the role of design as a catalyst for positive change. The presented projects demonstrate how creative thinking, collaboration and innovation can help shape spaces that strengthen communities, improve quality of life and contribute to a more sustainable future.
