On April 16, 2026, the exhibition Echo of Surfaces by artist Petra Kocjančič opened at the Gallery of the Faculty of Contemporary Arts in Belgrade.
The exhibition explores patterns as carriers of memory, touch, and space. Drawing inspiration from textile and furniture motifs, the artist transforms these elements into contemporary wood reliefs and mosaic structures.
The works are not meant solely for the eyes; they invite visitors to touch them. These relief surfaces provide a multisensory experience, opening up a more accessible way to engage with art for blind and visually impaired visitors.
