CANCELLATION FROM THE SUMMER SCHOOL IS POSSIBLE NO LATER THAN 3 (THREE) DAYS BEFORE THE START. IF A REGISTERED PARTICIPANT CANCELS LATER, BUT THE SUMMER SCHOOL HAS NOT YET COMMENCED, THEY ARE LIABLE TO PAY 30% OF THE WORKSHOP FEE. IF THE WORKSHOP HAS ALREADY STARTED, THE PARTICIPANT IS LIABLE FOR THE FULL PAYMENT OF THE SUMMER SCHOOL.
If fewer than 10 participants are registered, the Summer School will not take place, and in that case, the entire registration fee will be refunded.
